To preserve the integrity and value of APICS certification programs, all designees must meet certification maintenance requirements. The APICS certification maintenance programs allow designees to demonstrate ongoing knowledge in their field and a commitment to lifelong learning through professional development activities.

APICS certification verification now available

We are pleased to announce that APICS launched certification verification, an online service available at apics.org/verification. This new service elevates APICS certification programs and helps protect your credential.

Certification verification provides prospective employers and other stakeholders with a simple, easy way to verify an individual's certification status. The search results will indicate whether an individual's CPIM, CFPIM, CIRM or CSCP certification status is active, suspended or expired.

Si votre statut indique "Active" ou "Suspended" vous pouvez engager le processus de maintenance décrit ci-dessous.

APICS Certification Maintenance Application

APICS certifications are recognized worldwide as the standard of excellence in supply chain and operations management. As an APICS certification designee, you must maintain your credentials to validate that your knowledge and skills are current. The requirements for maintaining certification can be met through multiple sources and a variety of professional development activities intended to help individuals ensure they remain relevant and in-demand employees.

How the APICS certification maintenance program work

• Candidates are required to maintain every five years.
   
• 75 maintenance points are required for the APICS CPIM and CSCP designations; 100 points are required for the APICS CFPIM designation
   
• Points are awarded based on the following activity categories:

1. Continuing education (CE)
2. Presentations, publications and educational development (PPED)
3. Service to the operations management profession (SOMP)
4. Professional membership (PM).

3 - Réinitialiser votre certification : 

Si votre statut "Expired" vous devez repasser l’examen. Cet examen est également accessible au statut "Suspended" (pour ceux qui ne veulent pas utiliser la Maintenance Application mentionnée ci-dessus).

If your APICS CSCP designation is expired, you may find more information about reinstating your certification in the CSCP maintenance bulletin, which can be found at apics.org/bulletins.
